Basically you can use any muffler you like, and it will depend how YOUR system is routed to which sizes to use.

Compact mufflers obviously have the benefit of being easier to locate.

Check out Classic Chambered Exhaust Powersticks. They are very compact, cheap, flow better than most and have a fantastic sound.

BTW, just use Google to find them.

I run 18' Twisters. I think that Flow-Tech or Flo-Pro makes them. Something Flow...love the sound!

My exhaust is with some custom Sweet Thunders. 3" in and out (the core is still 2.5") and they have short 9" chambers . I think they are 13" long overall.

The longer the muffler, the quieter it will be. I have 18" Flo Pro's, and it's loud but sounds great and is very tolerable.

I have the 12' flo pro twisters... They sounds awesome! Probably a bit louder than the 18' but still amazing sounding! Regardless of the length, i completely reccomend this muffler! oh, and go 3inch if you can!
