The y pipe should just slide right into the intermediate pipe then band clamp them together.... Is the intermediate pipe too short? Or dose the y pipe not fit into the intermediate pipe?

the y pipe goes into a 90 straight up. its telling me i have to connect the resonator to the end of it. how am i supposed to do that if it goes straight up? i dont understand it after the y pipe back.

I think you have it backwords... it goes y-pipe then a straight section of pipe then to the resonator then the resonator goes into the 90 straight up to your pipe that goes over the axle. thats from the front of your car to the back.

Look at this view:

My I Pipe got pretty short... This is an SLP LT & ORY setup, with the original Loudmouth resonator welded in.

This is a pic of the rumbler...goes together the SAME exact way as the Loudmouth (that i now have) put together in my floor the day befor we put it on my car....which only took 20 minutes INCLUDING takin the stock exhaust off but we didn't have to mess with the Y-pipe cause it stayed stock at the time
