TSP y-pipe will not fit with Spohn Torque arm

Well I attached pics of how it fits my car. I had to beat the pipe in a whole lot. There was no way the pipe was going on the car without being smashed, I tried for four hours to get it on there. I have a BMR trans brace that relocated the torque arm mount, but it is in the stock location and didnt effect anything on the old setup when I used it with the stock torque arm.
I posted a question a while back about this with no response so I am just hoping to save some from wasting money like I did. I tried to fix a problem and this just made it worse.

I never have seen a full length Spohn T/A on a car, the only ones we've ever used were the body mount ones or BMR stock length. Neither of those gave problems like those in your pic.

actually the car is back up in the air now a little bit more. i was having clearnce issues with that bmr trans brace, they said it wasnt lower than stock and it hangs a lot lower than stock.
i still had the issue even with the car lowered, it was closer but still off by a bit
