Anything that transitions from 3.5" to 4" works. Trim/cut/notch to fit.

Not that its gonna make a real big difference, but wouldn't a 90mm MAF be the way to go? Wouldn't an 85mm MAF be the weak link in an 90mm TB and Intake set-up. And again, I know it won't be much of a loss anyway.

Does anyone even make a 90mm MAF?

I'd say if someone really wanted a 90 mm MAF, they would cut the guts out of a standard one and graft them into a 90 mm tube. A little magic with the appropriate tables and off you go. So simple, at least to describe...

that would be the fastest way to jack one up as well.

Does anyone make a 85mm clear lid, or just black? Who makes the best 85mm lid, or are they pretty much equal?

AFAIK, TSP makes the only 85mm lid. I think i'm going to buy one soon, since I have an 85mm MAF and just bought a FAST 90 setup.

I used the SLP bellows to connect an SLP 85mm MAF to a Nick Williams 90mm TB...

I gues nobody has ever taken a micrometer to the ID's of your 75mm lids vs 85mm MAF's

Is there that much of a difference, any power gain you think?

I guess you could just ditch the MAF and do a SD tune.

I don't know why a company doesn't make them, they'd sell thousands of them. And while their at it make a 95 or 100 too, things are only going to get better and they will be needed in a year or two.

I'm running the K&N FIPK kit and my Delphi 85mm MAF and FAST 90mm hooked right up with no issues...lucky I guess.
