I thought it was 75mm necked down to 71mm (that's why you port the throttle body). Are you guys 100% sure it is 78mm.

Im pretty sure your right. I always heard it was a 75mm.

But hell I could be wrong.

It is 75mm behind the plate and 73mm across the ridge in front of the plate measured with calipers.
