does definetly come with the screws and end caps.
no brackets. you will have to get hangers welded on during the install. piece of cake for the muffler dude to weld on.

They will work perfectly for what you want to achieve. They will clean up the sound big time and you can adjust the volume with the number of discs.

the noise of the dyno kind of masks the sound but it gives you an idea. this is with stock manifolds/cats/2.75 pipe.
I hardly ever ran my car with the discs or the cap on. I usually ran it straight open. Sounded good <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />
