Default FLP Headers take me from 322 to 352rwhp

Plus I installed NGK plugs and Thundervolt wires. Pretty good I think. Here is a link to the Dyno sheet. (The lines are not solid because they were having a hard time getting my tach output with the thick Taylor wires.)

You can read all about it at my web site linked below. Full details there. I'm very pleased.

WOW !!!
I pretty much have the same car as you and it makes the same power with simmilar mods prior to your FLPs (323hp/340tq). I have been debating on getting the FLPs and I think this may have sold me on the idea. Was the dyno done with the cats or orps and did you try seeing if changing them around resulted in any loss or gain of hp? Here's my car's dyno...

Why so big of a differance in the numbers between the two pulls? Damn good numbers you got out of them! This is why I will probabl yget FLP's over SLP's. No one has shown anything near a gain like this with teh SLP's.

I can't explain why I got such a great improvement though.

How much did the headers cost you (parts+labour)? Any idea how this will affect warranty?

Got the whole kit for $1200. O2 Sims were $80 and I extended my own O2 Sensor wires. Plus delivery and/or tax. I put the kit in myself. No idea what labor would have cost. Took me maybe 3 hours tops and that was not rushing. (I'm luck to have my own hoist and quality tools.) Warranty? I think that probably went right out the window. If anything serious happens, like a bearing spins, I'd put the stock exhaust back on before I took it in.

yet another satisfied FLP customer I saw 20 RWHP gain from them through my A4 w/ stock internals. And you're right, you're not going to see a gain like that from a set of SLP's.

It's definately hard to beat the gain you get from FLP's.
