Some of you may have seen these, used them, or have them.
This is the type of clamp I received w/ my mufflex y-pipe for my Hooker LT's. (I only received one so far, but I assume the others are the same, I'll get them today)
First off, you have to have your pipes notched in 2 places where they go on, then the pipes slip together. The mufflex pieces were notched.
Put this thing on and it tightens it right up.
It's strong. It doesn't flex like a band clamp.
It doesn't crush like the guillotine style, so it's easy to remove your exhaust. . . and of course, there's only one 9/16" bolt to turn.

Re: Very cool exhaust clamp
These are the same type of clamps that my Bassani headers came with for the Y-pipe. Damn good clamps if you ask me. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

BTW, those single bolt accuseal clamps are ONLY $3.49 each. . .anyways, I got the rest of them last night, and my exhaust is nice & tight.
