You passenger side sensor will set a code first, it's farther away and cooler due to the loaction of the sensors with the turbos.
you will eventually get insufficienty switching codes on both sensors. You may not get it with one tank, but you just might. I think i did on the first tank.
Your fuel trims will rise as well, the lean to rich transition is the one that slows the most when running leaded fuel. I logged consistant shifts in the l-trims of 5% to 8% on the rich side.
Other than sensor fouling, there's not much it will hurt. I ran 4 gallons of 110 to every tank, 500 miles a week when the car was in one piece. Did that for about 10 months <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
