Removing the A/C belt for the track??
Some one told me that I could remove the A/C belt when I go to the track to get a few more horses. Is this true? Would it be worth it? Do any of you do it? Texas sucks! 45* in the morning 90* in a few hours....
You can take it off and run without it, but you will see no gains from doing so, for the reasons stated before. Now if you removed the ENTIRE system (compressor, evaporator, accumulator, condensor, and lines), you would loose some serious poundage off the nose of the car, which is always a good thing.
