WS6 INTAKE CHOICES
In my opinion, removing the baffles is going to do absolutely nothing for you.
Get an aftermarket lid if you wan't to up your HP. Messing with the intake path won't make your car noticeably louder. However, when you go to an aftermarket lid and remove the intake silencers (the two hollow chambers connected on either side of the intake) it will make a cool sucking sound when you get on the gas.
The baffles are held in by aluminum studs that have been flatened on the inside. I use a 1/8th drill bit to drill the studs out.
The big baffle has studs in the rear. After you drill out the studs. Push the big baffel to one side and turn it flat. You should be able to pull it out no problem.
The twin front baffels have studs on the bottom. Drill out the studs. The Twin baffels are also glued in. From the front. I pushed the baffels back into the ram chamber. It takes some pressure, but they will pop off.
Hope this helps.

The back baffle is held in by rivets, easily drilled out. The 2 front baffles are glued in and will make a real ugly sound when you pull on them.. but it will be alright
