I bought a Shaner S3 a few weeks ago and I'm very pleased with it. He's very helpful, and a nice guy. He'll let you know what will work best for what your needs are.

Port it yourself:

Or many of our sponsors sell ported stock replacements.

Porting is the best bang for your buck! If your not planning on getting a 90mm fast intake but want something better than a ported stock a BBK is decent ive had 2 of them and they both worked fine but its more expensive than just porting. If you want the best save for a 90mm FAST intake and a Nick Williams throttle body thats what i just got.

Also get rid of the "speed bump" on the shaft that the butterfly is bolted to. To accomplish that you dissassembe the tb, and take a dremel cut off wheel and simply cut off the front half of the shaft. This mod is commonly referred to as the "half-shaft" mod. You then bolt the butterfly to the remaining back half of the shaft and grind down the excess screw sticking out the back.

The air wont have to jump the speedbump and it really helps part throttle airflow.

The Shaner S3 I have is a work of art, but he doesn't do the "halfshaft" mod so I did it and it's honestly it's the best possible job with the stock tb. I need to see if I can distribute Shaner's tb's here when I become a sponsor.

I would highly recommend Mark Shaner's work. I bought an S3 over this past winter and the service is excellent and the quality is phenomenal. There is also a money back guarantee. He does all the work himself and the final result is perfect.
