Am I gonna need O2 extensions with my MAC's??

I did the ol' cut and splice and lengthened the wires and it works fine.

I installed my MAC's the other day and I plugged the O2 sensor into the header and it seemed a little stretched out. Would it be wise to buy some and zip tie up the slack?
