Default GMMG anyone???

Is it worth the money? I have been hearing that it is one of if not the best sounding exhausts, but it is expensive... So what do you guys think, worth it???

Hell yes. Definitely worth it. And I'm still on stock manifolds and cats. Sounds awesome. Fiending for longtubes now.

I have longtubes, ORY, and LS6 cam going in very soon, and I know the GMMG would set it off very nicely. I just didn't know if it was worth the price.

Do you guys ever get tired of how loud it is? Or is it not even an issue for you? Keep in mind that my car is pretty quiet cuz its stock except for the cutout...

doesnt bother me at all, i almost forget how loud it is till i drive in my dads TA which has a hooker cat-back in it. It all depends on what you want, you are paying for the stainless metal, but it will never rust and just rinsing it off will make it look like new.

GMMG does sound great. A buddy of mine has it on his TA. If you are worried about audibility but still want great sound, Hooker is another good option. I was debating between the two but I went with the Hooker primarily for price. Just my .02...

I love mine, it has that great classic muscle car sound to it. But it isn't all that loud in the car, if anything it is very relaxing. It pains me that I am going to have to sell mine, but got to make room for the true duals.

My only worry is getting pulled over by Johnny law. As for me, I don't ever get tired of how loud it is. It's a good loud and doesn't have the annoying drone of some other catbacks. It's pretty loud from behind, but isn't annoying inside the car.

I'm probably pretty bias, but I will never turn anybody away from the great sound of GMMG.

Go buy it already.

Agreed.... the stock exhaust sounds weaksauce, GMMG brought my car to life... has a deep throaty growl to it.

Everybody pretty much agrees that it sounds great with cats and that it is quiet at cruise. But a lot of people feel that it sounds horrible with an ORY. Be forewarned.

GMMG

I spent the $$ on a Borla first, then a Corsa system - finally went with GMMG - won't ever be changing.

Don't do it like me - go with the GMMG from the beginning - it will actually save ya $$

I love my GMMG, sounds great with stock manifolds and insanely sweet with LTs, I cannot wait to get my KOOKS on. I also like when people ask me what kind of exhaust I have and the look on there face when I say GMMG and they have no damn clue what I mean. Lastly, I live about 30 min from the shop and I like to support my local peeps. I also figured that by the time I bought a nice exhaust, paid for shipping, and paid for installation I would have already spent $850 for an inferior cat-back.
