FWIW, when I did this 4 months ago the limit was 4.75 before throwing a code and I stopped at 4.71. No problems so far and it certainly helped throttle response.

I dropped .18 off my ET by doing this mod. My 60' went from a 2.1 to a 2.0 though so there's no way to prove that my ET decreased as a direct result of the TBB stop mod or not. You could pose the question: Did my ET drop because of the bump stop mod or was it because of the reduced short time? Or, did my short time drop as a result of the TBB stop mod?
