Default LS-Spyder manifold from Nitrous Warehouse?

Sorry about the size of the image... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

However I came across this while browsing the net: http://www.nitrouswarehouse.com/ls-spyder.htm

It seems the second (that I know of) aftermarket manifold for the LS engine (1st Lingenfelter). It is quite pricey for 50hp ($3200), and seems to be for strokers or racers.

I believe that these manifolds are for high reving engines? What exactly are the power bands for the 2?
