Default Spark Plug Wires

I want to know what you are using. I have heard mixed results about a lot of brands and want to get a final decision on this.

I have MSD's and like them. They snap on and off really nice on both ends. I've heard too many stories about people ripping the Taylors apart, even though it's probably not the sparkplug wires fault.

I have not heard a single bad thing about the MSD's and therefore may go with them. There has been a lot of talk about problems with the taylors, what exactly is wrong with them. Thanks for the quick replies.

I have Taylor race wires because that's what Speed INC suggested to me and I haven't had even the slightest problem with them.

I have Taylor Thundervolts (10.4 mm). Got them used and decided to go with Taylor because of the extra insulation since I was putting on headers. Haven't had a single problem with them.

Which one is better?

Accel 300+ 8mm Race Wires

With a resistance of only 150 ohms per foot, Accel's 8mm 300+ Race wire provides a stunning 300 percent increase in electrical current delivery. A specially designed Aramid/fiberglass core provides unparalleled tensile strength while providing superior RFI suppression that won't interfere with your on-board electronics. A high temperature silicone jacket protects up to 500 degrees, and stainless steel plug terminals direct the power into the plug.

or?

Accel 8mm Extreme 9000 Heat Reflective Black Ignition Wire
500 Ohms per foot. During dyno testing, with an engine under load and with only 1/2'' air gap clearance, exhaust manifold temperatures reached 1000F. Meanwhile, the Extreme 9000 Heat Reflective protected boot's internal temperature never exceeded 430F--even after 2 hours of continuous abuse! The Extreme 9000 Heat Reflective technology is not a paint. It is a multi-step process using patented materials. Permanently bonded to the spark plug boot, it will not rub, peel or flake off and stays as flexible as the silicone spark plug boot itself. The heavy duty stainless steel alloy winding, aramid/fiberglass core and stainless steel spark plug terminals make these some of the best firing, longest lasting wires you'll own!

(for a corvette C5 with headers?)
