lik the question says which one gives u more hp?? also what are the ranges if u know on which they give u??

To answer your question which will give the most HP - well ALL of them have the posibility.
It's all about flow, scavenging and manipulatoin of the exhaust pressure wave. A poorly design dual setup will do you no favours in the HP department.
If you want a more comprohensive understanding read the sticky in this forum (Induction & Exhaust mods), there's a link to it in my sig. I recommend reading post 6 and 13 onwards and it will hopefully explain the 'how' and the 'why' with exhausts.
Essentailly a normal 3" Y pipe will be absolutly fine on a bolt on car going up to a mild cammed car. After that it may pose a slight restriction, but in many cases it will be nearer to 5bhp than it is to 20bhp. So the loss is minimal.
If you are planning on ~500bhp (440rwhp) then a 3.5" Y or a 2.5" dual setup will offer less restriction and should be able to free up a few more ponies at this level of performance. 3" duals won't really show any significant gain until you are nearing 600bhp (~540rwhp). But having said that, there have been many people easily running 600+rwhp using a regualr 3" Y catback, so it is even more proof that the restriction is not major.
A Y pipe will also scavenge in much the same manor as an X pipe so you retain the full advantages.
Also it's worth remembering many competition cars use Y pipe setup and NOT duals. Take LG, they arguably make the best headers and performance parts for Corvettes. In their circuit racer they take their own X pipe design and modifiy it into a Y pipe. Would they do this if it was detrimental to performance?
Other things to consider are future mods, if you plan on running an aftermarket body torque arm (this will offer more benefit in the 1/4 mile than duals ever can hope too) then you will need to have your duals custom made to fit around it as there isn't enough room otherwise.
Ground clearance can also be an issue if the system is not designed well.
The best thing you can do is research all the possibilities and make your own decision. But just because lots of people say "oooooh do duals there so cool and sooo much better" go and check out the science behind it.

With a good X like the Dr. Gas version, you won't lose any low end even if it is a 3" setup on a bolt on car like mine. But you will with a Y setup. The Y may scavenge fairly well in some cases, but it will never synchronize the "pulsing" like an X or H pipe will, so you'll never get that annoying popping on decel like any single exhaust will. There is a reason NASCAR's run the Dr. Gas X.
The only reason our cars are single exhaust from the factory is there is no room for fullsize mufflers like there is on a Mustang. There is no space between the axle and backseat for mufflers to tuck up like there is on a Mustang.
