What are the main down sides to Hooker LT's?

What are the main down sides to Hooker LT's? I really like the Hooker LT's but I want to know what to look foward to if I get them. I know Hooker doesn't offer a y-pipe with cats but who makes one that will fit?
Re: What are the main down sides to Hooker LT's? You have two options, you can either buy the mufflex ypipe which can accomidate cats. Or do what i'm going to have done, have the local exhaust shop rig up a ypipe that will fit the cats.
Re: What are the main down sides to Hooker LT's? i love it. people always ask this question. and there are no downsides <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> only that the y-pipe with cats is hard to come by. like the above stated, call up mufflex, they'll help you out. install is a breeze. fit and finish is great. were the easiest to install from my experiences (mac, slp, hooker, and flp's) good luck on your decision.

I have heard that the hookers arent going to make as much power as the flp's or grotyohann will, those are the 2 brands i would go if i were goign to get longtubes, but i like my macs, they make good power, and dont have any of the clearance issuse that longtubes have.

i went from 12.79 @ 106mph on a 1.71 w/ stock manifolds, cats, loudmouth
to
12.32 @ 109.7mph on a 1.71 w/ hooker LT's, off road Y-pipe, and hooker catback
and that was in worse weather. so i'm not complaining at all <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
