SLP Loud Mouth exhaust clearance
Has anyone with SLP's Loud Mouth exhaust had a concern about how closely the tailpipes hang under the bumper? I have a 2000 T/A, and the passenger-side pipe is about 1/4 to 3/8 inches away from bumper (the top of the cut-out in the bumper that the exhaust sticks out of). I can't hang it any lower with out modifying the hanger. My concern is that the tailpipes are too close to the painted surface. I think they look good where they are hanging now, but my previous pipes were lower. What does anyone else think about it?

As long as they dont burn the paint, (which i dont think they would) or rattle against the bumper, then leave them as is....they look good, then no probs...Im lookin for some cook tips for my camaro, know of any?

We've installed alot of these and haven't had any problems. Some exhaust tips come up tight under the bumper (you can slide a finger between the two) but it's usually fine.
