I need your opinion please ... I want to quite down the LM. If I get the dynomax bullet, how much would it kill the rasp, drone, rattling, and how much more quite would it make it ?

There are several different LM topics on this message board right now....most of them have like 25-30 replies. Do what you thinks best, but I personally think the LM sounds awesome. I just dynoed my car tonight with the LM on it, and I almost needed ear plugs when the car was up to 155+ MPH

I don't think you can quiet down the LM.You are going to have to change your exhaust system in order to quiet it down.I can't recommend one for you.I would use the search function,that's how I ended up with the LM.I wanted LOUD and I got it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Re: I need your opinion please ... I'm running an 18" Dynomax bullet in place of my resonator. It helps a little, gets rid of the rasp, but not all of the drone and rattles associated with it. It is not much different from your resonator and is only a small change.
I am also sick of the drone and am currently working on a custom (GMMG style) muffler to replace the Bullet. I am looking for something deep and throaty and will post my results when the muffler gets here.

Thanks for the info on the dynomax.I was considering swapping out the resonator,however,I don't think it's worth the trouble.
