Might want to get ahold of Kooks since SUX2BU said his came with them. If you can't get ahold of them directly, call one of our sponsers and see if they can help you get a set. Calling the place you bought the headers from would help too.

Has anyone on here used Percy's carbon header gaskets?
Well the Autozones around my area have Percy's. I wouldn't really waste my time with the carbon gaskets. The aluminum ones are more expensive but they are awesome. They are double thick gaskets, so if they leak, you have a major problem. And to boot, they are reuseable.

Not to hijack, but I just replaced my gaskets back to OEM with pacesetter headers (I've been thru felpro and mr gasket) and i still have the most annoying hissing noise ever. I hate taking my headers off all the time...

Just how thick and how nice are these Percys? Will they stand up to n2o abuse?

You can simply unbolt the header, slide the gasket out, and slide a new one in. Most people on here beat the **** out of them even with the factory gaskets.

That's right, but it's a pain. especially getting the holes too line up again properly - a downside to having all your stuff welded on (think weight...)

If you just do one side at a time, it will stay lined up pretty well. Mine did at least....

lol @ the phone book. A chunk of 4x4 works well too.

I ordered a set of Percy's carbon gaskets ($15 from Summit). They should arrive tomorrow. Here's the manufacturer's description of the part:

Percy’s High Performance, Inc. introduces XX Carbon Gaskets made of Percy's proprietary 100% carbon material. These gaskets can withstand long term direct exposure to over 2000° farenhight. They offer superior sealing ability on the worst flange surfaces and are perfect for nitrous, turbo, and blower motors.

XX Carbon Gaskets are available for every popular application and can also be custom cut or easily port matched.
