I had a bad rattle at certain RPM levels. couldn't figure it out. It was a loose cap on my aftercat o2 sensor. I looked up and down trying to find the rattle. when I did I tac-welded the cap down to the sensor and it went away. maybe look at you o2 sensors.

I FOUND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The rattle was coming from the flimsy *** stock torque arm flapping all over the place and smacking the loop on my driveshaft safety loop. I shimmed one side of the loop with washers and shoved some heater hose in between the loop and the torque arm (just incase) and TADA! its fixed.
The torque arm and the driveshaft loop were BARELY touching which is why I never noticed it because from the front it looks like it has about 1/8" of clearance but its touching at the back. God I'm glad thats fixed it was ANNOYING!
