Just break them off, you're replacing all the stock stuff anyway
Big breaker bar and some muscle and SNAP problem gone
If you want to try and save them, try soaking them with PB Blaster and wait an hour or so

Use some wd40 on the bolts and just let it sit for a while. The spray it again. Get a socket on it and breaker bar and give it a good turn. You might need a little heat to break em loose.

I used WD40, and a 1/2 drive wrench. Then apply A LOT of force (recommend you wear gloves otherwise you WILL bust a knuckle) and watch it either come lose or break.

Soak them good with wd-40 or some other "rust buster", rap them good with a hammer (use an old extension if you have one with the socket on it, place it on the nut and the rap it with a hammer or use an impact gun set on low) the viration helps the wd-40 to penetrate. Do that a few time before trying to take them off, a good overnight soak is best. Then use an impactwrench if you have one, set on low so the impact starts to break the rust. Take your time and in most cases you can get them off. Of course if you have a torch, heating them up really good before you try to take them off is even better.
