Considering that the muffler is a single bullet, its about as good as it can get. The downside is the noise and the rasp. I had one and liked the sound. The wife didn't and I opted for something else to keep the peace.

What I had been told about sound for them was "To answer how loud it is, it's a little louder than stock at idle, at normal accerlereation levels, it's a healthly rumble (but nothing that's going to attract alot of attention) at cruise (70 mph) it has some drone to it (you can drown it out by turning up the radio), WOT it lets you know it's there (that's on stock manifolds and Y)"
Is that true? And about the rasp, is that even with stock manifolds, or is that w/ LTs(which I plan on getting eventually anyway)?
And what actually is defined as rasp? I know some people like it, some people hate it, but I really have no idea cause I don't even know exactly what it is . lol

What about with LT's and an ORY?, cause I'm planning on getting them someday anyway.
And what is rasp? lol. I still don't know, I just know a lot of people don't like it .

Could that be what I hear in my car with the stock exhaust right about 2200rpm(on WS6 exhaust)? It kinda goes "rrrrraaaaaaoooowwwwww" as it goes by 2200rpm. lol. Its really annoying and I want to get rid of it, so if that is rasp, I hate it

Ok well, anyway, out of those 3; Hooker, Magnaflow, and the TSP Rumbler, which one will sound the best(no rasp either, I talked to my dad about it and know what it is now) with the stock manifolds and Y, but also with LT's and an ORY? I have narrowed it down to these three, all of them will end up within about maybe $50 of each other, what do you think I should do?

I'd go with Hooker out of those if you have to go ory. Catted y, I'd choose the Rumbler, then the Magnaflow.
I have a Rumbler converted to a Magnamouth, which is basically just changing out the Dynomax bullet that comes in the Rumbler with a Magnaflow bullet instead. Sounds deeper, less drone, has stainless steel wool packing instead of fiberglass to deaden the sound.
Here's a short clip of mine: http://video.ls1tech.com/video/45824...AB0CAE50F5.htm
And a pic of the Magnaflow bullet muffler I used:
