Reinstalling stock pulley...
I have a buddy I'll be doing a cam for soon. He wants to avoid the cost of going with the ASP underdrive pulley. I have never done a cam without installing an ASP, so I don't know how to get them back on. I've read that they have to be heated to expand and get them to fit over the crank snout. Can someone please elaborate for me? Thanks in advance...
You should be able reinstall it using the standard procedure. There is a GM tool to guide it on straight and then they recommend that you use the old bolt to pull it on, and a new one for the final tightening sequences.
