Borla: No plate vs. Capped off
BTW, I have the plate in w/ the smallest hole now and that doesn't really turn the sound down at all.
While I'm at it, does anyone know what the plates are made of? I'll have to weld one of mine shut since I don't have the biggest one.

I would guess that as the rest of the system is made of SS, the plates would be as well?
