Bigger TB + Old Lid?

I have a lid and that smooth bellow crap that came w/ it. I am planning on getting a new intake and bigger tb. I have a couple questions:

1) my car is mostly stock but planning on doing full exhaust and mostly bolt on basic stuff, how big do you reccommend i go with it? 80mm? 85mm?

2)if i put a bigger tb on, my old bellow and lid wont fit, will it? i thought it would be too small. what should i do?

I think you should port your stock throttle body and go with an LS6 if all you're going to do is boltons. What year is your car?

BTW - I've got my STOCK bellow fitting over my Nick Williams 90mm throttle body right now.

its an '01. how did you manage that? did u just make it fit?
and how much $ do you think i am looking at?

if u do the ferco mod, u can fit that on pretty much anything for sure....just boil it...but just do what he said...i have i like it

don't do ferco, . . it'll rip your lid, . . why you want bigger intake and tb? more horses? i'd go another route, . . bigger intake and bigger tb is something you do (i believe) after a big cam and after you got down all your bolt ons and suspension and drivetrain done, . . . to me its a waste of money, . . your lookin at almost 900 dollars for 30 horses??????? . . . . i'd do a cam change, . . cheaper and more horses for your dollar
