Smooth bellow is responsible for the death of my first lid. I would not switch untill you make serious changes to the intake tract.

It was too stiff and cracked the MTI clear lid pretty bad. This was before I had the poly motor mounts, so there was quite a bit more movement.

The stock bellow is meant to flex, which is exactly what it needs to do. You can see how much the motor rocks when you just rev it in the driveway, now Imagine how much it moves during a 1st gear rhomp.

Yes I had it setup lid/maf/bellow/tb.

The side-to side rocking and the constant bind it was in from being so hard to install is what did it in. The stock bellow allows for alot more movement.

I now have the NW90, stock bellow, stock MAF and MTI clear lid. It fits better than anything ever has (even the stock crap). The NW 90 sort of points up a little bit toward the lid opening. That 4-5* or so really helps it fit PERFECT.

I got one because it looks better, and I got a good deal on it. Otherwise, I wouldn't waste my money on one.
