Macs are a good performance bang for the buck, but sound horrible and rasp in the 2000 - 2500 rpm range.

I was talking with Barry at QTP and he is getting some stainless headers in pretty soon.

I have a stock 2000 A4 and plan on get a good cam 224 114 or something similar along w/doing all the bolt ons incl. LT headers. Now a friend is not going to use MACs w/orp that he ordered and is willing to sell them for a good price. Now the question is, what doors will I be closing if I go w/mid lengths compared w/LTs

I would definatly go with SLP's that what i have and i couldn't be happier, you should have no issues with them hanging low and scraping, unless your car is lowered
