to do to the cast iron manifolds, can be
done with the die grinder (maybe a long-
shank burr). I bet a little cleanup of
short bends and rough edges, and port
matching, is where the easy HP are and
getting an additional millimeter of
inside diameter, for such a short distance,
is not the big bonus.
I saw of 'Vette manifolds looked like something
between a ram's horn and a shorty header. Like
it would flow better than a log. But I've never
heard from anyone who tried it and could say
for sure.
