do rod bolts take you out of internally stock?

im not big on kicking rods out the side of my block like many of you.if i put arp rod bolts in my car would that take me out of the "bolt on" class? we all know how much hp those arp rod bolts add. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I don't have any idea what this has to do with External Engine since rod bolts are internal engine parts. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> Since it's really a drag racing related question I'll move it there.... <img border="0" alt="[burn out]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_burnout.gif" />
BTW, in the strictest sense of "internally stock" one will ask, "Did the engine come with ARP rod bolts? No." It's just according to who's opinion you want to take.
