I need to quiet my LM and get rid of rasp
Car is way to loud for me to drive. Whats the best solution for this and not lose horsepower or is there any way to make it interchangable for the track besides adding cutouts.

Dynomouth. Search around for more info on it. It's still loud, but it gets rid of the rasp that the LM gives. Basically all it is is a bullit muffler in place of the resonator. The mufflers run for like $40 on www.jegs.com.

Re: I need to quiet my LM and get rid of rasp
I just had a Borla XR-1 bullet muffler installed in place of the resonator on my LoudMouth The difference is like night and day! The sound level at lower rpms (especially the "drone zone" around 2000 rpm) is greatly reduced. Furthermore, the sound quality is way better than the very raw sounding LoudMouth. It's more of a tuned sound. The best part is, when I do get on it, the sound is (almost) as loud as it was before the Borla!
The way I see it, the addition of the Borla took away the worst part about the LoudMouth (very raw sound & drone) , and kept the best part about the LoudMouth (intense, FEROCIOUS exhaust note @ WOT) I should have done this long ago
-Bradster
