wrench or sometimes a 1/4" drive ratchet..

when you put the coilpacks back in, you dont have to put that one back in.

its easiest if you keep a couple bolts in the bracket while you take the back one out... if you try to take it out last, the weight of the packs on it makes it harder.

its almost worse than changing the 8th plug. PATIENCE IS KEY, and a small stubby ratchet wrench, regular wrench will work but takes longer.

Anyone have a picture of the location of the tough one? So I know which one to go after first.

I went to the store to buy a gear wrench, and by the time I got back home my g/f had already removed the damn bolt (small hands)

are you installing headers??? or what exactly are you doing?? but like said already a ratchet wrench does the trick, i got a ratchet wrench that had a adjustable head and could go in at angles it worked awsome.

hahahahaha.

That bolt is a pain. you can also cut the bracket so that it will slide over that bolt. that way, all you have to do is loosen it. it doesn't require much torque either to stay tight so go easy on it. good luck.

Yup, I'm going to try a ratcheting flex head box wrench and hope to get it with that. I just love buying tools so buying a set of those ratcheting flex heads suits me just fine I assume everything is metric in our cars right?

that doesnt sound right.

i waited until my stock manifolds were off before the #8 plug came out, and it was easy to put back in once the headers were on, i think headers make changing the plugs way easier

i threw that bolt as far as i could after the install. it landed in my buddy's back yard. i just hope he doesn't mow the yard, hit the bolt, and kill a small child or 3 nearby.
