Default Which Headers Jet Hot,Hookers,QTP???

I am camming and putting headers on my 98 Camaro SS M6. The QTP run for a 799 plus like 335 for the ORY. The Hookers for 449 and 189 for the ORY. The Jet Hots 535 and ORY 265. Out of these 3 brands I know that QTP is probably the best but by how much. I don't wanna send that much on the QTP's for when the hookers and jet hots will give you close to the same gains. Does anyone know what i should go with and what i can get the most gains out of. Thanks

qtp will probably give better gains and they are stainless but i hear their y-pipe has fitment issues.

all long tubes will give similar gains, qtp being stainless is what makes people bu them because they take longer to rust.

but i have jet hots with the offroad y pipe and it fits perfect,

ws6store has prices cheaper than what you stated for jet hots

Why not pacsetter longtubes (ceramic coated) with the pacsetter y pipe. The two together are $499.00 shipped from byunspeed.com.

Cool

Personally i got go with QTP for headers but do not get their Y pipe.

Just go buy the Flowmaster merge collector and then have an exaust shop do the rest of the Y pipe.

I'm running jethots with no complaints. But, if I were in the market, I would go with the QTP's

i heard pacesetter y-pipes bang on the floorboard

if you wanted pacesetter i think i would go with the TSP y-pipe/pacesetter combo from texas-speed.com
its 500 bucks too

Thanks a lot guys. If you had to say would you go with Jet Hot or Hookers? Also what is the gain difference between pace, hooker and jet hot if anyone has any idea.

The Hooker headers have their O2 bungs welded on to face the doors of the car instead of the transmission, bad idea. The Jet Hots are way too over priced. The pacesetters fit great, cost less, and offer just as much power gains. There's a reason why a rediculous amount of people on this board run them.
