ASP Pulleys? Pros/Cons?
has anyone had any balancing issues with their Pulleys?

I have. Getting this pulley done correctly has been the biggest pain in the butt that i have had to deal with my car so far. After i installed the crank pulley the first time one of the belts flew off on the highway. I put it back on and made it home. I found out you have to have a tensioner pulley with it. So i ordered that and put it on. Then the pulley begins throwing misfire codes because its not balanced. So i had to take it off and ship it back. They sent me a new one but now i have to install that again and that belt that came off on the highway is torn up pretty bad so i have to order a new belt. I originally ordered this pulley back in October or November and i still dont successfully have it on my car yet ARGHH

It is coming off a fourth time this next week to be sold, but just crank it down with the original crank bolt till it won't go on anymore, then out the new bolt in and torque it down, it really is that simple.

That can happen if you don't lubricate the OD and ID of the hub like the instructions indicate. You can gall the aluminum ID of the pulley without the proper lubricant which can cause it to be out of balance and/or wobble.
