Where have you heard of a green filter? the color is just from the oil that is used. blue for holly and red for k&n. BTW that filter is fine.

Its actually a seperate brand, and the whole filter is green, not just the oil. It rivals the holley filter, pretty close to the same.

I would be careful Brutal LS1, I just ordered my holly power shot this week when I placed my order I miss clicked the cleaning kit and oil and marked K&N the guys at thunder racing caught it and gave me a call to comferm what I wanted....
During our conversation I told him I had a can of old oil from my K&N, He said DO NOT use it, they are diffent oils and work diffent on the filters.
IF this is the case Green will be some what the same.

going from a K&N to a Green is a wise choice
i used the K&N when i had the stock lid, but when i got an SLP lid, the crappy red one wouldnt fit/seal properly
put the Green in, no problems at all <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
