Meziere said they have a few more weeks to go, which probably means several more months.

What about you JPR?

If one of these has a decent lifespan while running on the street I'd buy one.

I know that some good things have happened to JPR to get his pump put. It should be here soon.
I am waiting for mine

Will the JPR have provisions for suppling water to the heater core?

Hopefully Joe will chime in with the details.

I think the JPR reverse cooled electric water pump(JPRRCEWP) is on permanent hold due to some legal BS. That's what I've heard in the past anyway.

A true "bolt-on" electric pump will be nice, reverse cooled or not.

With the reverse cooling, will it have any hot pockets like previously found in other pumps? I heard somewhere about the heads not being cooled evenly. What is the HP gain over normal cooling circulation pattern? The ultimate deciding factor $$$$$. How much is the JPR pump cost compaired to the 319 Mezier?

Yes, the legal end of it is over which has caused a huge delay, I am NOT allowed to disclose any of the settlement details so please don't ask or rumor mill about it and yes, there is more legal BS has not been resolved yet but dosen't impeade production on our end, my lawyer has sent a letter to a particular company that is about to use MY Pat Pending designed circuitry in there pump, I know it for a fact.. don't ask.. so I will say it again, JPR has the lock down on ANY electric STREET VERSION water pump for the LS1, be it reverse cooled or conventional for the aftermarket registered with the USPTO so read my lawyers letters you received, buy me out, or get expressed permission to build with royalties paid to JPR Inc. period and you won't have to keep delaying your release date, real simple like Huh? We invented this thing about 2 years ago and have had nothing but aggravation to get it to the market since then.

Personal and recent testing content:

I have re-started the testing process all over again for about 2 weeks now and have turned excellent HP and TQ numbers with it, the pump in a revised design form IS going to make a come back but no details will be released publicly until the units are physically done and are ready to ship. Once my Chi Town customer/friend gives it the thumbs up and one more Highly regarded independent tester weighs in with the results is when it's complete. I don't need any more undue stress right now anticipating a release date because in that legal down time, I've invested and tooled up to build LS1 engines that has distracted and deterred me from perusing the EWP production or lack there of.

Tom M and I have 100% control over what happens to the pump at this point.

It has been tested to hell and back and it works flawlessly.

EXACT average RWH gains are an uncontested 13 RWH to date and as high as 25 but no lower than 13 RWH tested on 8-9 cars to date, some were 16 RWH some were 18 RWH so it's pot luck BUT an improvement none the less over the MWP. Privatized testing will be posted soon.

We have accumulated at least 40K miles on this one electric motor alone without 1 problem, that's the only wearable part.

LSX series engines have coolant vents in the heads so air pockets are NOT an issue, it's self purging.

On my Camaro A4, with a modded spark map I am running 35 degrees of max timing at WOT to 7,000 RPM with -0- KR and has turned the best of 453 RWH on my new S2 package completely tuned in and soon to go back on the dyno for more temperature testing this week, I found an air flow undersight with my power combo (too embarrassed to mention ) but that's been adjusted now so I am looking for more like 460+ RWH . after that, the Hooker headers get removed and the QTP SS Merge collector headers get installed, with this total package once I install my new transmission next week and who knows what power level then ? I have been trying to find at what power level the EWP becomes ineffective meaning, MWP vs EWP = -0- gain. I was told it should Delta at some HP level a tad over 420 RWH but I passed the 440 RWH barrier (MWP vs EWP) to the best of 453 RWH last week and still haven't found the Delta yet, blew the trans in the process, but haven't found where it equals out in power yet, I can see the % of dynamic loss as the power level increases, but it isn't the percentage I was told it should be so it's not a total "wash" back to back just yet so that's good news for the blower cars and larger CI engines. It's STILL making effective power regardless of using the factories timing map but marginally better with the Modded timing map but not too much difference. More later..
Joe.

Great news Joe, I remember discussing these pumps with you a looonnnggg time ago, I remember pics of the prototypes, they were beautiful. I am glad that it will be able to be used with FI. Now come home to NM so you can open a wicked F-body shop, we are in need of one bad, frickin rice and stangs have a shop on every corner, us f-body dudes have my driveway or my buddies driveway. Email $$ on the cost of the JPREWP please.
