i used all the old tubes and fitted them together with a reducer..simple as that.

pretty easy to figure out even with 0 mechanical skills.

Take both your hoses off, and get one the length to reach the whole way, don't buy a connector!!! Do it right, and better this way, then you never have to worry about it! If you get a strong thick hose, you don't need a reducer if you get a good hose

Yeah, Do NOT waste your time with barbed fittings. For one it looks sloppy, and besides that, it comes very close, and practically lays on one or more of the pully's. Just buy 2.5' of 3/8 gasoline hose and two hose clamps, and your set.

I'd get some 5/16th's fuel line and bore the radiator end out a little to fit over the bung. You'll need some hoseclamps too.

because the hose widths were different and i was using my resources it just made sense to me to use the hoses that i had that already fit up to the coolant fittings from the radiator to the engine. the radiator was a bigger "nipple" if you will that the one by the block. so what i had fit i used all four of the old clamps to hold the hoses in place and it worked great/looks great.

Get 5/16" fuel hose $3.00 and two hose clamps. Bought and installed mine this morning. I put the hoses together yesterday, and that is some ugly s*&t only 1/2" of clearance over a fast moving part!

The TB bypass? It looks just like stock, the screw I used to plug the small barb is covered by the hose when you slip hose over the barb, therefore it is a stealth mod. I filled radiator while that hose was still unhooked till coolant came up, popped hose on, installed clamp, that was it.

My line off of my Ls6 cooling line, runs straight to Radiator cap area .. Ever see this done ??

That's exactly how mine is done. You can re-rout the line to be a little farther from the water pump pulley if you do it this way.

buy a 5/16" fuel hose (not EFI hose= $9.00) from "O"reilly's. $3.00. Get two hose clamps that you can fit and electric screw driver too. Remove old hose and aim it away from your pulleys & belts. Let it drain off for a few minuted and pull hose off and throw them on the ground. Then at the radiator, push the 5/16" end onto nipple 10 or 12 times to get at least 1" of it over nipple. Be careful to push straight at the nipple. It is only plastic. then slip the other side on a easy a can be. use your electric screw driver to tighten up clamps to save yourself from chewing your tounge off holding and twisting hose clamp tight.
This set-up will keep you from wondering if your hose is going to get rubbed everytime you start your car.

Do you have to cap off the ends where you take the hoses off the TB?

just rip those out....cleans it up a little

what would happen if you just blocked it off and the radiator and the coolant crossover? IMO it would look a lot cleaner that way too
