Looks like the one Ive had on my car for a while. You might want to see if you can get a new set of injectors while your there. Just depends on how many miles are on your car.

a word of advice is... be damn careful of those treads on the egr valve, they're brittle and can be striped easily

ANyone want to help me install this? I'm getting tired of working on my car myself. I went to installuniversity, but I would rather have someone there who has done the swap before.

ok I'm almost done installing this part, but my problem is my EGR pipe isn't fitting in the EGR hole

no, there's a metal part on the tip of the pipe and it just won't fit in the damn hole.....**** I'm pissed

you know you need to cut off the bottom part of the egr valve.... if i can remember it gives clear pictures of this in the directions and i think installuniversity has some as well

so I cut the pipe where it meets the hole? What do I cut it with? Thanks for the info.

pretty sure you have to cut this piece so that metal washer (gasket) and lug nut will fit
