where do these vacuum lines go?

in the back of the motor on the drivers side.
heres a pic

That's a solenoid for the AIR system. If you don't have the AIR system hooked up anymore, which it looks like you don't because the valve is missing, remove it and plug the end of the other line. Look at #38 in right corner of the attached pic.
