I'm really not sure but i do know that the y pipe is 2.5" and not 3" but that is the only thing that I know of that shy's peeps away from these headers.....oh, also the price, however once u add up everything u get with this kit, I think it's a pretty fair price ( headers, cats, y pipe, band clamps, etc.)

looks like a mistake..check out his 9th photo...02 is pointing in correctly..
