Have you ever even seen a FIPK for a F body, the filter has more surface area than a stock sized drop in filter!

^^yea the filter has enough surface area, if you do the math you would see that filter is flowing well enough for the engine. I have the volant fipk and i get the same noise but it seems to go away after a few minutes.
