Default Egr Help

Okay, i ordered the expensive, overpriced pieces of cut aluminum plate off ebay for block offs for my air and egr, but the one for the egr is not the smae size as the AIR, and it didn't even include the intake block off, so heres my question???? WHERE CAN I GET SOME FOR THESE TWO? AND CAN I MAKE THEM, IF SO, HOW?

easy one killer.....when you take the air tubes off...get a piece of sheet metal and trace out the air tube end on the sheet metal, get a pair of sheet metal cutters and cut it out, then drill to holes to fit.....i did this for my egr, with a gasket...and it cost me 5 dollars....should have saved your 40 bucks

I made mine out of a peice of metal cover for a wire box in a house (like a junction box, it was lying around). Since that metal was coated white, I grinded the coating off and sprayed it with some 1200 degree Aluminum pant I had for another project. Then used a freeze plug for the intake. The freeze plug is the only thing that cost me anything!

*Edit*
Here is the peice I used to make mine. I got all three plates out of one cover. Not sure if mine was that size, but it's cheap so buy two if needed!

You want a 1 3/8" rubber freeze plug, not a 3/8".
