they dont flow better in 3" form vs the Twisters. They only have 2.5" flow tubes in the 3" version.

I have been driving my car all week with just the dynatech split flows, sound good outside of the car, but it's brutal inside. I have to get the turndowns on it to tone it down inside. It really gets rid of the LS1 sound that many people don't like, It sounds like a old small block with the 4/7 swap camshaft. I'll probably add a x pipe and move the mufflers back so I can have my LS1 sound back.

That;s what I'm having trouble deciding between. The nice thing about the sweet thunders is that they come with a pre-fabricated kit from TSP.

To sum this up:

What would be the ideal set up for loudness with no rasp?
This is with a set of Long tubes,
I'm talking best H or X pipe, True duals, and mufflers?

I have been reading thread after thread trying to figure out a good combo for my 98 LS1 I wanna keep my jet hot long tubes but totally change the rest to true duals X pipe and mufflers to ditch my RASP and NO CATS.

Someone just write it down!! all the way from what brand to where they got it.

Thanks

Flowmaster single chambers. Nuff said.......

http://www.texas-speed.com/shop/item...d=196&catid=56

Order it WITHOUT mufflers and then get the 10 series Flows. It will come with enough band clamps to do the entire setup. You WILL have to add about 12-16 inches of piping before the mufflers to get them in the proper position so you can tuck them up and out of the way, which will be right before the axle.

Here's the mufflers...http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
