Default sweet thunder swap in tsp rumbler

i have LM now with stock manifolds and cats and the slp y-pipe with a cutout that i welded in right before the LM resonator. but now that i got my LT's and ORY im not gonna be able 2 use my LM cuz it has modified 2 fit the cutout....so i was gonna go with te rumbler catback and i was told 2 use the sweet thunder muffler instead of the dynomax bullet..so my question is what size/length sweet thunder muffler do i need and about how much will it run me?

i'd like 2 hear a video b4 the purchase so if any has a video with that setup lemme kno...thanx

I think an 18 inch variant would do good....depending how loud you want it...it should cost like $50?...in that area...

I have videos of my car but it's not uploaded...and I can't find the cable to upload it...

But trust me, you can't go wrong with the sound of sweet thunder...

This videos is as close to my exhaust sound as I have ever found...So your overall tone should be about like this when you romp on it... http://www.ls1sounds.com/true_duals/...ls_fly-by.mpeg

And at idle it will be real deep...just imagine the idle for now...

It's not really an exhaust per say, but go here and you will find what you're looking for...

i see that most of u guys have the sweet thunder in ur true duals which id like 2 buy, but since im on a tight budget right now i was just gonna go with the rumbler catback with the sweet thunder. i like it 2 be loud and obnoxious ...so i guess if its not quite loud enough ill add a cutout later down the road

The cam in the 2nd video is a 231/237, but the track vid was on a 224/228. With the 224/228 it ran a 7.5 at 92 mph. Mods were bolts ons, stall, and cam.

That sounds very very similar to mine... ( but not duals ) And I kind of doubt he has a cut out...A. The exhaust sounds like sweet thunder...if it were a cut out...it would sound like a LT's cutout... B. There is smoke/stuff coming out of the exhaust tips....and he would probably mention a cutout if he were using it...anyways...

I had the same debate as you, I was deciding between dynomax bullet and 18 inch ST..I love the sound of both, but I just can't decide, so I am just gonna go with LT headers, and a catted y dumped at the axle, no muffler, nothin...I now it will be raspy, but I have heard a couple decent sound clips of this, and my buddy has it on his cammed 98 z28...His sounds mean as hell...If it gets ridiculous/annoying, then I'll decide on an exhaust...

i agree witht there being smoke/stuff coming out his tailpipes but i have a cut out and i have a lot coming outta my tailpipes 2..i was only thinking he may have had a cut out because its a bit louder than others that i have heard with similar setups
