You could always put a x or h pipe in there never to late.

Drivers side hangs real low. The muffler is 4" so that is the lowest part. Doesn't jiggle much because of the hangers where the tips are.

I do believe there have been some dyno testing between different x/h/na style exhaust systems. There were noticeable differences with either the x/h pipes. I also read in that test there were hp gains to be had in just the different brand x-pipes. I dont know how much faith i would put into that as it was a magizine test but it was in the 6-7 hp range. Seems like easy hp to me if your alredy doing it.

Yeah it's pretty low on the drivers side. I will try to tuck it up later but for now I will just roll with it. As for rust, I doubt I will even have it on the car long enough for that to really matter. I like turbo and have a plan for down the road.
