Default SLP LT and the car wash

Well I really wanted to get the car washed yesterday before the meeting but when I got there and remembered my headers are very low . So I checked out the tracks and I didn't want to risk it .

My question is anyone ever take there car to the car wash with SLP LT my car is stock height

It'll be close. If you go slow, you'll know if you'll hit or not. Hopefully, they won't start the rollers until you're on. I know my Pacesetters clear, but the clamp didn't. Have to replace the clamp now.

Why would you ever run your car through a car wash? so many scratches/swirls

FYI, all the carwashes that I've ever seen in my county are touchless. Pull in, spray water, spray soap, spray water, spray liquid wax if you choose and blow dry.

Yeah.... I never do that. I allways do the touchless pressure washer deals... DYI touchless ones.

And w/ stock rideheight.... yeeaa..... You might be ok.... I still say don't take it thru the brush washes.. think of all the crudded nasty trucks and grime... MUD.... crap that they have washed off in the past. My father used to take my car thru them when I was in Germany (he was watching the car for me)...

I yelled at him a couple times for it.... Not YELLED, but I bitched about it for a while.
