Need help please
Need help please ok so i had lts on my car but got pulled over here in the lovely state of CA now i have to go to the state ref 
anywho i put my stock manifolds on and all that during the process i took off the starter to get the pass. header out and i put everything back on and was about to start it up so i was reconecting the batt when i was putting the neg terminal on the car cranks by itself. i was scared shitless and was like wtf. the car is a manual and i always leave it in gear and as it did that the car jumped off the jackstands and put a nice hole in the body on both sides which is lovely.so i took it out of gear and got the stands out and tried it again and it still tried to start byitself and the key was in my pocket the whole time.why is it doing this i think its the starter wires or something please help me guys thank you and sorry for the long story and yes i know i need to learn how to type

It sounds like the positive termanal on the starter is touching the Ing Crank wire, or you have possibly smashed the positive and start wires together causing the to touch. Dude that sucks to hear.

That sucks man. Yeah check the connections on the starter, you might have placed the small wire on the wrong post.

thanks guys thats what it was it seems that the positive terminal wasnt put on right so the part that bends down was touching the neg. its all good now on to the muffler shop to get a muffler welded on
