Just another thought, you might want to double-check, what you can get duals fabbed up for, they might come in a little less than the bassani.

Get the ebay headers and support people that support slave labor. Real good idea. Get QTPs and get what you really want.

IMO you should go with stainless. Seeing where you live, with the humidity, the mild steel of the pacesetters would not last vary long. They will RUST. The SS will be the better choice. It is my understanding that the ebay headers have some installation issues. I would go with the proven SS Dynatech, Kooks, or QTP.

Dont even bother commenting on install issues becuase it is based on the car, not on the header. I plan on doing motor mounts at the same time which eliminates the need for grinding the tab anyway.

Do these X2 headers list what the thickness of their tubes is?? I'm weary of stainless headers that are that cheap, shure they might tell you it's 321 SS but it's impossible to tell with the naked eye and anyone that has worked with or knows the properties of SS will tell you it's prone to get weak after multipule heat cycles, hence why I question the wall thickness and actual grade. Has anyone had these LT's on a vehicle for say 3-4 years yet?? If not i'd stay away, I hate being the test dummy.....

Also if these are Jap made headers, I hope anyone who has bought them has never ponderd the question... why are all the manufacturing going to **** in the US??

No they have only really been in use for like 6 months. Or at least thats how long people have known about them.

That makes sense...if you have $800 or so to spend on headers. For those who dont, these XS headers seem to be a great alternative.

Uhhh.... There was a thread posted awhile back stating that the people who make the XS headers also have an volunteer animal rescue program.

The purchasing of the headers help fund their animal rescueing.

Unlike most companies, at least your money will be going for a good cause.

I personally have the Pacesetter coated LTs, but wouldn't hesitate to have a set of these XS headers.

Good luck with whatever you choose. Headers are basically the same as any other.
